Location: Franklin, TN Design: Scott Coile (Coile and Associates, INC) Project Manager: Scott Coile through Bolingbrook Completed: October 2011 Scope of Work: A home in need of a little attention with overwhelming older plantings and windows/views blocked by the Firs and in the front foundation plant beds. The clients took the opportunity of having clear access (after we had the trees removed) to do some building repairs and have the house painted. Elements: (1) Demolition/removal of the plants and old deck, (2) exterior home renovations/painting, (3) excavation and drainage, (4) installation of the patio and fire pit/counsel ring in modular pavers with connecting pathway, (5) addition of an irrigation system, (6) addition of back out space to existing aggregate concrete driveway, and (7) landscape planting. The Plan:
